For over 20 years SCFF has been operating from the Gold Coast of Australia, we have been supplying the surfboard industry with surfboards, Malibu blanks along with specially formulated resins, fiberglass fabric and associated materials. We recently moved into a specially modern built factory located at 15 Greg Chappell Drive, Burleigh.

The move into our new premises along with the purchase of a state of the art shaping machine enables us to deliver not only superior surfboard foam but the opportunity to offer our clientele a customised shaping service. According to Managing Director Robert Morley the shaping service adds value to our product were we can offer a design service that not only helps the shaper run their business more efficiently, but frees them up so they can spend more time in the design room. with our custom stringer configurations using exotic timbers we would have to be positioned as one of Australia’s foremost leading surfboard blank manufactures.
