Q: How much is postage and delivery:
A: Postage is calculated at Checkout!

Q: How does Raptor ship my order?
A: We use Australia Post for all deliveries which is tracked using a tracking number.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Between 3-5 working days depending on the location. No goods will be shipped until the order has been paid for in full.

Q: How do I return a damaged or faulty product that I have purchased online?
A: If you receive any product that is damaged, incorrectly delivered, faulty or not matching the description provided-please contact us via the contact page immediately. We will be in contact to quickly rectify any isssues.

Q: I’ve purchased the wrong fin, can I exchange it? 
A: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided:
-the products are returned unused and not damaged.
-you return within 30 days of purchase
-you bare all postage and handling costs

Q: How are your transactions processed:
A: For security and safe transactions we use PayPal to handle all online transactions. This ensures that your payments are secure and covered by PayPal.

Q: What is the warranty on Raptor Fins?
A: Raptor offers a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note this does not include damage caused by misuse or wear and tear from normal use.
